How to clean water transfer printing injectors

When cleaning the needle valve coupling of the fuel injector, it should not collide with other hard objects or fall to the ground to avoid scratches. When replacing the needle valve coupling of the fuel injector, the new coupling should be soaked in hot diesel oil at 80 ℃ for about 10 seconds to allow the anti rust oil to fully dissolve. Then, the needle valve should be pumped back and forth in clean diesel oil to clean it, in order to avoid the malfunction of sticking the needle valve during the operation of the fuel injector due to the dissolution of the anti rust oil.

Cleaning method:

The on-board cleaning method requires the use of electronic injection car cleaning fluid, which has the advantage of not needing to remove the fuel injector from the vehicle and is more convenient to operate; The disadvantage is that the working condition of the fuel injector cannot be directly observed, and the effect is not ideal.

　　2. Ultrasonic cleaning method is to remove the fuel injector from the engine and install it on an ultrasonic cleaning box for cleaning. Its advantage is that the cleaning quality is high, and the fuel injector can also be installed on the fuel injector test bench for testing the fuel injection quantity, leakage amount, and spray atomization status; The disadvantage is that the equipment is expensive.
