Water Transfer Printing Processing 

1.Clean dust and dirty tailing. 

2. Spray base primer： Match primer well as per client's request or sample, evenly spray on the work piece.

3. Dry primer：After spray primer，Dry it by oven or natural air. 

4. Choose film：Choose transferred film，Cut suitable size with work piece.

5. Place film： Let the film flat on the water until extend smoothly, Graphic side up.

6. Activation： Film placed in the water for 60-90 seconds, evenly spray activator on the film, make the ink on the film dissolved .

7. Transfer： Spray activator after 5-10 seconds,  put special tool of transfer objects, keep 10-35 degree (depends on shape).

8. Rinse： Remove the product from the tank, wash residual film and floating layer that not fixed on the product.

9. Drying： Remove product surface moisture to make ink layer completely dry, increase the adhesion fastness, drying by air and oven.

10. Spray top coat：Use PU or UV oil， UV curing and drying.

11. Drying： Use oven or drying line to heat PU oil for about 30 minutes, then come up with  24-hour air dry.
