Pay Attention to in the Processing of water transfer printing

        With the increasing demand for product packaging and decoration, the use of water transfer printing is becoming increasingly widespread. The principle of indirect printing and its perfect printing effect have solved many problems with product surface decoration, mainly used for surface image and text transfer printing of various complex shapes of products.

　　1. The transfer film must be kept at a room temperature of around 25 degrees Celsius and a humidity of below 70%, and cannot be directly exposed to sunlight.

　　2. The water temperature of the water tank should be maintained between 25-30 degrees, and the water surface should be kept in an overflow state when using a constant temperature water tank for printing and processing.

　　3. Keep the water surface clean and free of activator residues and other impurities.

　　4. When placing the membrane, place it flat on the water surface at a slightly slanted angle, and be careful not to invert it.

　　5. Set the dissolution time of the membrane based on the temperature of the water. The temperature of the water is generally between 25-30 degrees, and the dissolution time of the membrane is about 1 minute.

　　Before spraying activator, prepare the product to be transferred and ensure that the surface of the product is free of dirt to avoid affecting its appearance. Adjust the air pressure of the spray gun to achieve better atomization effect. When spraying the activator, the distance between the nozzle and the water surface is about 25-30cm, and the back and forth speed of the spray gun should be uniform. Generally speaking, after dissolving for about 1 minute, the activator can be sprayed. Once the ink pattern on the film is flat and extended, the film can be applied and transferred.

　　7. Before applying the film, it is necessary to select the drainage angle based on the shape or texture of the processed object to facilitate air discharge.

　　8. After transfer printing, do not immediately take out water. Shake it in water for 2-3 seconds to increase the time for the pattern to adhere to the transferred object. The activator spray gun needs to operate with a diameter of 1.2mm * 4 holes and a agitable pressure. The water in the sink needs to overflow, and the last layer of water needs to be clean. After flushing, the water droplets on the product need to be dried by air before entering the oven.
