Treatment Operation for Workpieces before Water Transfer Printing

The precautions for surface treatment of the workpiece before water transfer printing and coating processing are as follows:

　　 Before processing, observe the surface of the workpiece for obvious impurities. If there are any, use 800-1000 grit sandpaper to polish the impurities flat, but be careful not to leave too deep marks on the sandpaper.

　　Touch the surface of the workpiece with your hand to see if there are any fine particles. If there are any, polish it flat with 800-1000 grit sandpaper again.

　　Observe the surface of the workpiece for oil stains, dust, and other dirt. If a suitable method is used to clean it, or wipe it off with solvent.

If it is a defective or irreparable pattern or unqualified pattern that appears during the water transfer printing process, the pattern should be treated with a special release agent, or when the area is small, the pattern should be polished with 800-1000 mesh sandpaper and re sprayed with primer.

　　 The workpiece after pre-treatment must ensure that the surface is clean and free of dust and impurities.

　　The surface of the workpiece after pre-treatment must be dry. If there is moisture on the surface of the workpiece, use a hair dryer to dry the surface water, place it on a drying line for drying, or place it in a clean place for natural drying.

　　After cleaning the workpiece, place it in a dry and waterless place and transfer it to the next process for use.
