Make new film design request

Film mold and design size: 

Mold (Film Width): 100CM/120CM 

Mold circumference:  47.4CM/48CM/49CM/50CM/52CM 

HD pattern Design file for Making the mold:  AI/PDF  
Minimum Design Pixel:  300DPI
 
For example, if you want 120cm width film, then send us Original AI file design with size 120cm * 47.4cm (50cm/52cm etc).

If make your new design: 

1. You send us original AI file design, or film sample, or dipped product with pattern for scan 

2.  We check how many colors per design to calculate cylinder mold cost. No mold, no film. 

3.  Copyright mold: 400-500USD/color, Common mold(all customers can use): 300-400USD/color. One design 1-5 color. 

4. If you don't have big quantity for your new design in the future, we advise you select our existed patterns. Mixed model quantity is available if in stock, like 30-200sqm each model. 

5.  New Design MOQ: 250sqm per model, 0.5m/1m width, factory price EXW  Dongguan USD$3.0/SQM. 

6. If you use our own design, no need mold, for we already have it, You just pay the factory film cost USD$4.0/SQM *250sqm .
