I think what you want to do is water transfer printing process rather than water transfer film material.

Regular small printer for printing WTP film like HP printer is not useful. Professional WTP printer is intaglio printer press. You need blank film, ink, professional intaglio printer, making different film cylinder from cylinder factory if print a new film Pattern. Different Film, different cylinder.

Our imported printer is more than 1million USD. Adding other relative printing equipment 3 million, Our factory investment of film production is more than 4 million USD dollars. In addition, our factory has more than 1000 film patterns with different film cylinder equal to 1.4 million value.

Very rare factories can print hydrographic film in China. Only we can do 30cm/50cm/1m/1.2m width film at the same time.
